It’s not every day a Canadian kid gets to meet a Queen, but watching 5-year-old Tess de Vries getting ready to welcome Her Majesty Queen Máxima of the Netherlands on board ms Koningsdam was one of my favourite parts of the new elegant ship's Dedication Ceremony in Rotterdam.   Janie Robinson's online story posted on
